Please note that below policies apply only to products purchased directly from baileyjools.com. Shipping Policy:
- Orders within the UAE: FREE shipping for orders over 200 AED. 19 AED for orders under 200 AED. In Dubai next-day delivery excl Sunday (on orders placed before 2 pm), Other UAE (2-3 days)
- Orders within GCC: 50 AED, FREE shipping for orders over 500 AED (3-7 days)
- Europe, UK, USA, Asia: 87 AED, FREE shipping for orders over 750 AED (5-14 days)
- Shipping Method: We use IQ Fulfillment courier services.
- Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location. You will receive a phone call or message from IQ Fulfillment to arrange the delivery to the location you requested when ordering. Please make sure to answer these calls/messages to avoid any delay or even a return of your package.
- Shipping Locations: Currently we offer shipments within the UAE, to the GCC countries, to Europe, UK, USA and Asia. Shipping Fees:
- Dubai: 19 AED; FREE for orders over 200 AED
- Abu Dhabi, Ras El Khaima, Sharjah, Al Ain: 19 AED; FREE for orders over 200 AED
- GCC (outside of UAE): 50 AED, FREE for orders over 500 AED
- Europe, UK, USA, Asia: 87 AED, FREE for orders over 87 AED
The above mentioned prices are calculated for packages up to 0.5 kg.
Please note that for international shipments additional CUSTOMS FEES and DUTIES may apply. We don’t have any control over these fees and can’t estimate the amount beforehand. The customer is solely responsible for paying these fees upon receipts of the package.
Tracking your order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment online.
