Please note that the below policies apply only to products purchased directly from baileyjools.com. If you purchased a product from a third-party seller, please refer to their individual shipping/return policies.
Unfortunately, we can’t change/cancel an order once placed on this website.
Shipping Policy:
- Orders within the UAE: Free of Charge. In Dubai next day delivery Monday-Saturday (on orders placed before 12 pm), Other in UAE (2-3 business days)
- Orders within GCC: 50 AED, Free of Charge for orders above 500 AED (3-7 business days)
- Europe, United States, Asia: 87 AED, Free of Charge for order value above 700 AED (3-10 business days)
1. Shipping Method: We use Skynet courier services.
2. Shipping Time: Orders are processed before 12 pm. Delivery times vary based on your location. You will receive a phone call or message from Skynet to arrange the delivery to the location you requested when ordering. Please make sure to answer these calls/messages to avoid any delay or even a return of your package.
3. Shipping Locations: Currently we offer shipments within the UAE, to the GCC countries, to Europe, the United States and Asia. If you would like to order from any other country, please contact us.
4. Shipping Fees: The above-mentioned prices are calculated for packages up to 0.5 kg. For heavier packages, the prices might change accordingly.
Please note that for international shipments, additional CUSTOMS FEES and DUTIES may apply. We don’t have any control over these fees and can’t estimate the amount beforehand. The customer is solely responsible for paying these fees upon receipts of the package.
5. Tracking your order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment online.
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our Bailey & Jools website. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Here are the important details:
1. Return Eligibility: You may return any item purchased from this website within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. The item must be in its original condition, unused and all original tags attached to it.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@baileyjools.com with the order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the product.
3. Return Costs: All shipping costs for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
4. Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria. If the eligibility criteria are met, we will issue a refund of your original payment within 14 business days.
5. Defected or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
6. Exchange: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund, and place a new order.
7. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Bailey & Jools reserves the right to decline a refund or return if the products show any indications of use, changes, improper handling, or harm. In case the return is denied, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the item.
